These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Soul-Aligned Gut Health Summit website, summit presentations, emails, recordings, VIP materials, and related services provided by The Journey to Vitality and Lisa Weeks, ND (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the website, registering for the summit, or purchasing VIP access, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website, register, or purchase.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to register or make a purchase. By using the website, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

2. Summit Registration and Access

You agree to provide accurate and current registration information. Your access is personal to you and may not be transferred, shared, sold, or used by another person unless we give written permission.

Summit schedules, speakers, topics, presentation formats, replay windows, bonuses, and availability may change due to circumstances beyond our control. We may make reasonable substitutions, reschedule content, or modify the event when necessary.

3. Educational and Wellness Information Only

Your participation does not create a doctor-patient, practitioner-client, therapist-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship with Lisa Weeks, ND, any speaker, or any summit contributor.

Always consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, diet, supplements, medications, exercise, or treatment, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or take medication. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of summit content. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

4. Speaker Views and Third-Party Information

Speakers and contributors express their own views. Their statements do not necessarily represent the views of The Journey to Vitality or Lisa Weeks, ND. The inclusion of a speaker, product, resource, method, or link does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement. You are responsible for evaluating information and deciding whether it is appropriate for you.

5. No Guarantees

Individual experiences and outcomes vary. We do not promise or guarantee any specific health, wellness, personal, professional, or financial result from attending the summit, purchasing VIP access, or using any information or resource provided.

6. Communications

When you register, we may send messages necessary to deliver the summit, including confirmations, access information, schedules, reminders, replays, purchase information, and service notices. If you separately consent to marketing, or where otherwise permitted by law, we may also send newsletters, future event information, wellness education, and offers. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in the message.

7. VIP Purchases and Payment

The price and features of VIP access are those shown at checkout at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe or another third-party payment provider. You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and authorize the applicable charge. You are responsible for any taxes or fees that apply to your purchase.

Any refund policy displayed at checkout or on the sales page at the time of purchase is incorporated into these Terms. If no separate refund policy is displayed, contact us promptly at [email protected] with purchase questions. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

8. Meaning of “Lifetime Access”

When VIP access is described as “lifetime access,” it means access for as long as the applicable summit materials remain available through our business and delivery platform. It does not promise access for the purchaser’s biological lifetime or guarantee that a particular technology, host, speaker permission, or file format will remain available forever.

We will use reasonable efforts to maintain access, but content may be replaced, migrated, or removed when necessary because of legal requirements, speaker rights, technical limitations, security concerns, platform changes, business closure, or events outside our reasonable control. Where downloads are offered, you are encouraged to retain permitted personal copies.

9. VIP Gifts and Bonuses

Any Special VIP Gift from Dr. Lisa or other bonus is subject to the description, availability, deadlines, and separate terms stated with the offer. We may substitute a benefit of reasonably comparable value if an advertised item becomes unavailable.

10. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

The website, summit branding, written materials, graphics, videos, recordings, downloads, and other content are owned by us, our speakers, or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access purchased or registered content for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not, without written permission:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from summit content.
• Share login credentials, private links, recordings, downloads, transcripts, or VIP materials with others.
• Record, livestream, screen-capture, or redistribute presentations except where we expressly allow it.
• Use content to train an artificial intelligence model or build a competing product, event, database, or service.
• Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website or summit, interfere with security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, harvest information about others, impersonate another person, violate another person’s rights, or use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may include third-party payment tools, forms, hosting services, speaker resources, social media services, products, or links. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, terms, privacy practices, products, or services. Your dealings with a third party are between you and that third party.

13. Testimonials

Testimonials and examples reflect individual experiences and are not promises that you will receive the same result. Results depend on many personal factors and may vary.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, summit, recordings, materials, and related services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Journey to Vitality, Lisa Weeks, ND, summit speakers, contributors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, access, profits, opportunities, or goodwill, arising from or related to the website, summit, content, or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. For free services, our total liability will not exceed US $100. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website or summit, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

17. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, compromised security, infringed intellectual property, shared access improperly, or used the services unlawfully. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

18. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including illness, speaker cancellation, internet or platform failure, cyberattack, natural disaster, labor disruption, governmental action, or interruption of utility or hosting services. We may reschedule, substitute, or modify affected services when reasonably necessary.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of The Journey to Vitality is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in that location, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Before filing a claim, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally by email.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

21. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with any checkout terms, refund policy, and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement concerning the website and summit services covered here.
